1. Eligibility for Exchange:
- You are eligible for an exchange of a product under the following conditions:
- The product is in its original condition.
- The product is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
2. Non-Eligible Items for Exchange:
We regret that we cannot accept exchanges for the following items:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
- Products with a hygiene seal that has been broken.
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
3. How to Request an Exchange:
To initiate the exchange process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at info@have2love.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of why you wish to exchange the product.
- Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, if applicable.
4. Return Shipping:
You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Please include the RA number provided by our Customer Support team in the return package.
5. Inspection and Approval:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item meets our exchange policy, we will process your exchange within 2-7 business days.
6. Exchange Process:
- If your exchange is approved, you may choose a replacement product of equal or lesser value.
- If the replacement product is of lesser value, we will not refund the difference in price.
- If the replacement product is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
7. Cancellation Policy:
We only accept cancelation till the product has not been shipped. After a product has been shipped only exchange is plausible. The process for cancellation is the same as an exchange so get in contact with the team to initiate cancellation before shipping.
